UmamiBee Dish Lifter Umami Paste Original, previously called Trio Ginisa, is a versatile cooking paste made in New Zealand to give everyday meals rich, savoury depth.
We take our time so you can save yours.
We spend almost 30 minutes browning the garlic first to build a rich flavour foundation. Slowly roasted garlic, onion and tomato come together with mushrooms, seaweed and traditionally fermented ingredients to create a deeply savoury umami paste.
That slow flavour building work is already in the jar, ready for your next meal.
