Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our products (sauces, pastes, drinks, and baked goods), we are unable to accept returns on perishable items unless the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We’ll happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged or Missing Items

We pack our products carefully, but if something is damaged in transit or missing from your order, please email us at info@motherbeespurpleheartkitchen.com as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, especially for food items. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out if you have any questions before placing an order.

Shipping Methods

We deliver throughout New Zealand via GoSweetSpot’s trusted courier network. All orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a notification once your parcel is on the way.

Delivery Timeframes

• North Island: 1–3 business days

• South Island: 2–4 business days

• Rural Addresses: Please allow an extra 1–2 days for delivery

Please note: We do not offer pick-ups at this time but you can pickup from the farmers markets that we regularly participate.

Packaging

All products are packed with eco-conscious, food-safe materials. Glass items are carefully cushioned to reduce breakage. Where possible, we reuse clean packing materials to reduce waste and protect the environment.
